Dinkel Wheat Boule 1

This boule tastes incredible and the spelt gives it a wonderful aroma. It'll also smell nice since we're going to use the shortcut method of getting a sourdough hint added without spending the time. It's also going to be a two-part recipe only. Here it is:
First, measure 200g of all purpose flour:

Then 350g of water at room temperature:

Sprinkle a tiny bit of active dry yeast:

Then 10g of acidophilus sauce:

Followed by 1g of coconut sugar:

Stir that well:

Add it to the flour:

Then stir it well:

Cover the container and let it sit at room temperature overnight.
